Showcase and Pricing

Before placing any orders, please read my terms and conditions below:

All private commissions are only undertaken with an upfront deposit (amount determined depending on the project), which is NON REFUNDABLE. This serves as a commitment from the client and it also covers my materials needed to start the project. I do let all clients pay in deposits thereafter if they wish to and they can pay when it is convenient to them. However, the timeframe must be reasonable (no longer than ten months). I am very fair and not out to break anyone financially, but my fairness has been taken advantage of in the past, hence the terms and conditions here. ALL orders are sent out either Recorded Delivery (UK Mainland via Royal Mail) or Tracked (via Royal Mail), so please take that into account when ordering, as I will not take on the project without you agreeing to this.

All online business is done through Paypal.

Holding an Item

If you see an in-hand item(s) you really want and need me to hold for you, this can now only be done if you put down a deposit first, otherwise I am able to sell to someone else if they want it and have the funds ready.

Taking advantage of my generosity / understanding

By this I mean if I am working on a project for you and you continuously plead poverty to me, yet I see you buying figures  from other artists and pay them on time, or just generally splashing the cash. I let clients pay in deposits as it is fair and anyone can buy from me, regardless of their income, however, I will not be taken for a fool. Paying by deposit does not mean I can wait longer than other artists for payment and I will not tolerate it. If this does happen then your order is stopped and you will be blacklisted among the figure community. This has happened on three occasions in the past, so that is why this is now part of my new terms.

A WARNING TO RE-CASTERS

Please be aware that if you order a figure or bust from me and then proceed to recast it in any way, you will hear from my legal team and be dealt with accordingly to the full extent of the law. Most notably you will be required to reimburse my company of all copied works sold and the unsold copies and moulds destroyed.
